Anambra Guber: APGA nominates Obiano as flag bearer

Chief, Willie Obiano has emerged as the All Progressive Grand  Alliance (APGA) flag bearer for the coming November 18 Anambra state Guber, after the APGA primaries, conducted on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. The party nominated him and Mr. Nkem Okeke as his running mate.

According to Ifeanyi Aniagoh, the SSA to the Anambra state Governor on social media,

“Obiano Emerges APGA Candidate in Anambra Governorship primaries.”

“The All Progressives Grand Alliance in Anambra State today Tuesday 15th August, 2017 nominated His Excellency, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano as its flag-bearer in the November 18 governorship election in the state.”

“Chief Sir (Dr) Victor Umeh, who was present at the event, expressed his joy and happiness after the nomination. He was very optimistic that Governor Willie Obiano be re-elected.”

“Chief Umeh while addressing the press, pleaded with Ndị Anambra to remember that APGA has been the reason for the success story of Anambra State. He said that Governor Obiano has consolidated on the achievements of his predecessor and is taking the state to greater heights.”
